Robust Toolset

Our proprietary compensation plan design and modeling tool enables real-time design during Design Team meetings. The plan model enables the Design Team to keep an eye on the implications of the design both for individual sellers and for overall business results as key parameters are set and changed and the plan is "tuned." The model then flows into the creation of communication materials to ensure that the plan design intentions are accurately represented in presentations and plan documents. In addition, we often provide earnings estimation calculators to speed understanding of the new plans by the sellers, and help them see exactly what they would earn for whatever level of performance they enter.
